Here is the NEW S300 Up-Grade for the 5.9L Dodge Cummins Engines. This turbo charger has all the new technology. It has extended tip compressor wheels for extreme boost lever stability. This turbo will support 350 –450hp+! The turbo charger is very durable with heavy thrust parts and a strong turbine shaft. This is a great replacement for the Hx35-40w on 1994-2002 trucks. The turbine housing is equipped with a 3in outlet band stile flange. Suggested modifications for this turbocharger: Add a high-flow air filter system. Upgrade the fuel injectors. Replace the stock actuator elbow fitting with a performance “boost” elbow fitting. Upgrade the exhaust system from the stock 3” to a less restrictive 4” exhaust system. This system must be changed when replacing the HX35W. Remap the fuel delivery of the injection pump and advance the injection-timing curve.
